Section One: General Principles and Definitions

Article One (Name): The official name is Dream City Gallery for Arts and Culture.

Article Two (Address): The main headquarters and exhibition hall is located at Erbil Governorate, Dream City Complex.

Article Three (Identity): This gallery is an independent artistic platform, dedicated to displaying, marketing, and promoting artistic masterpieces (painting, sculpture, photography, and contemporary art).

Article Four (Ownership): The legal owner and founder of the gallery is Mr. Bland Aladdin, who holds ultimate authority over administrative and strategic decisions.

Section Two: Gallery Program and Activities

Dream City Gallery's operations are organized cyclically and systematically, divided into the following activities:

1. Temporary and Seasonal Exhibitions

  • Solo Shows: Hosting renowned artists from Kurdistan and around the world to display a new collection of works for a period of 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Curated Group Shows: Bringing together multiple artists under a single title or a specific artistic philosophy.
  • Annual Youth Exhibition: Dedicating a specific time of year to introducing emerging talents and supporting them.

2. Permanent Collection and Art Shop

  • The gallery maintains a dedicated section for the permanent display of paintings and sculptures available for sale (to buyers, hotels, and companies).
  • Providing art advisory services for those wishing to purchase artwork for their homes or workplaces.

3. Cultural Forums and Art Talks

On the sidelines of each exhibition, the gallery organizes a short seminar or panel discussion between the exhibiting artist, critics, and art historians to enrich the cultural experience of visitors.

Section Three: Management Structure and Staff

To maintain the gallery's high standards, duties are distributed as follows under the founder's supervision:

  • Gallery Director (Bland Aladdin): Holds final decision-making authority on contracts, diplomatic and commercial relations, and signing major projects.
  • Art Curator: A specialist responsible for selecting the artists whose works are displayed in the gallery, formulating the philosophy of exhibitions, and arranging artworks on the walls.
  • Reception and Client Relations (Gallery Assistant): Explaining conceptual ideas behind artworks to visitors and managing the sales process and artwork registration.

Section Four: Financial Provisions

Article Five: The gallery's financial resources consist of the founder's initial investment, along with a commission percentage taken from the sale of artistic masterpieces during exhibitions. This revenue is reinvested into developing the gallery's internal systems.
